Eupm and BenCuriosa offer you the chance to live an experience of professional exchange in the field of cultural management, through collaborative residencies with cultural agents who have grown their business in Scotland.

The aim of this group experience is to work together and design collaborative projects, as well as share cultural initiatives, discover new management models and learn English vocabulary specific to this field.

OBJECTIVE: The main purpose is to get involved with entities or current projects within the cultural sector related to the field of interest of each participant. It is based on collaboration between peers which would benefit all parties involved.
4 weeks in SEPTEMBER 2016.
HOST COMPANIES: Each participant will be paired with a host company more akin to their chosen field within the cultural sector: audiovisual, performing arts, fashion, music, event organising, cultural tourism, etc.
In addition, we can supply hosts where there are Spanish speakers available, in case there is a language barrier which prevents the participants from completing the program objectives.

Planificacion y Estructuracion del programa

Week 1: Presentation and explanation of the projects run by the host company.

Week 2 and 3: The participants can take part in the day to day running of the company or project, learning the best practices and bringing new perspectives.

Week 4: Build synergies. Participants will present new ideas which have arisen during the residencies from learning new methods or even previous ideas and projects which could be presented in Scotland and/or in an international forum.

Different types of activities are scheduled for Fridays:
